Leisure time
Good communication is fundament - and not only during the working day. We are also open to group activities in our leisure time. We are on the lookout for athletic challenges around our headquarters in Dresden, and we take advantage of the generous cultural offerings here. A+S supports and encourages cultural events in Dresden and the region. On shared travels, which have already taken us to various locations in Germany in the world, we can enjoy time together in a relaxed atmosphere and discover new destinations. Our families gather each year for the company birthday and celebrate with live music, kids' program and good food in our extensive garden.
Whatever we do - we look for team spirit, motivation and mutual appreciation!
Travel
As an internationally active company, we are located and present in several countries of the world. International projects introduce our experts to other cultures and locations. However, we also go on travels and excursions together in our free time and learn to love new locations. In the past years, we have visited Prague, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Palma de Mallorca, the Baltic Sea and the Saxon Also, as well as the mountains of Zittau.
We are all curious, where our next travels will take us!
Sport
A healthy mind lives in a healthy body! With all the challenges that life and profession confront us with, we do not want to forget our health. Once a week we start our day together with Yoga. Our running team strives to reach a new level each year in the annual REWE-Team-Challenge. Volleyball competitions or training in a rope park also make a great diversion from the day-to-day of work.

Kultur
The art and culture city of Dresden offers a broad spectrum of cultural activities. We take advantage of these to visit museums, theater and other cultural locations in the city together. Each company Christmas party incorporates a cultural component. In the past, these have taken us to the Technical Collections of Dresden, the Military-Historical Museum and the German Watchmaking Museum and the watch producer A. Lange Söhne in Glashütte. During our international travels, we have visited the Peterhof Palace, the Amber room in the Catherine Palace, the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, the Kremlin in Moscow in Russia or the Ludwig-Salvator Museum in the Miramar Monastery on Mallorca. In 2017 all of the employees who had been part of our company for more than ten years - a clear majority of the team - visited the Semper Opera in Dresden.
Our focus is not only on the most modern technologies, but also on cultural traditions!
