BIM in dialogue

For the second time, Deutsche Bahn AG - as the largest German client - is organizing this extraordinary event. With more than 500 participants, the event in the BOLLE ballrooms was fully booked.

Planners, contractors and software manufacturers accepted DB's invitation to come get an overview. The event was opened by Prof. Dr. Dirk Rompf, DB Netz AG Director for Network Planning and Major Projects.

Parallel to the lectures, more than 30 workstations provided information on the topics of digitization and practical implementation with the help of Building Information Modeling at the Deutsche Bahn. The A+S booth offered the opportunity for a direct exchange with BIM specialists, engineers and software developers. For the experts and visitors, the 5D coordination across all work phases and various BIM application cases in the KorFin® platform was of great interest.
