Future Rail Construction Initiative (ZIB) Forum 2023 in Berlin

On May 23, 2023, the first Deutsche Bahn Future Initiative Rail Construction (ZIB) Forum took place in Berlin. This new format aims to actively shape the future of railroad construction and we are proud to be part of this process. Under the motto "Rail builds the future", it provides a platform for discussing and presenting new solutions that will contribute to further modernizing and increasing the efficiency of rail infrastructure.

At the heart of the event was the infrastructure investment initiative, which aims to find and implement innovative ways to improve Deutsche Bahn's infrastructure and services. Our Managing Director Dr. Veit Appelt gave an in-depth insight into our work and our visions for the future in his presentation "Digital measurement".

We are delighted that we can help shape the (rail) infrastructure of tomorrow with our KorFin® BIM software. It enables efficient coordination and monitoring of projects and helps to minimize errors and increase productivity.

The exchange of ideas and learning from each other are essential components of the forum. As the event was very well received with over 220 participants, we were able to talk to many experts from different sectors and gain insights into interesting ideas and approaches.
