ITS solutions in the Ukraine

Since 2014 A+S worked with the city administration of Kyiv and the assistance of World Bank experts on the new traffic model. In 2016, the model will be expanded and refined together with the administration of the Kyiv Oblast, particularly in connection with the new ITS conception, the biker and pedestrian concept. The updated demand model in the field of public transport and new traffic counts will form the foundation of new development strategies for subways, rail, tram and busses.

The model of the Kyiv agglomeration now accounts for approx. 6,000,000 residents.
